Delivery of Digital Products
Nomad Lighthouse sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.
Once your purchase is completed, you will automatically receive an email with a download link to access your digital product. Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout.
Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In most cases, you should receive the download email within a few minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Return & Exchange Policy
Digital Products – All Sales Are Final
Nomad Lighthouse sells digital products (eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once the product has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “unseen” or returned. For this reason, we do not provide refunds for any digital purchases.
