  • A download email will also be automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.

If you still cannot locate your download link, contact us at contact@nomadlighthouse.net and we’ll resend it to you.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, instantly delivered, and fully accessible upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

  • You immediately receive full access to the product.

  • Digital files cannot be “returned.”

  • Many items include downloadable templates, planners, or resources that become permanently accessible once delivered.
